New 10,000 square foot single-story structure consisting of pre-engineered steel frames with a single row of interior columns supported on a concrete slab-on-grade with a monolithic thickened slab edge around the perimeter and a shallow foundation system at the interior columns. The entire structure is clad with metal siding attached to wind girts spanning between the steel frames. Lateral stability is provided by hairpins embedded in the slab-on-grade at the sidewall columns, a portal frame, and rod bracing.
