New 48,000 square foot, three-story education building & welcome center. Structure consists of concrete tilt-up wall panels supporting a composite steel framed floor and an open web steel joist roof system and founded on shallow foundations. The low roof of the welcome center consists of light gauge metal trusses bearing on steel beams and loadbearing masonry walls.
