New 18,000 square foot, two story medical and dental facility and 2,000 square foot exterior covered dining.  The roof assembly of the main facility consists of a steel roof deck on open web steel joists and wide flange steel girders bearing on masonry walls.

The roof of the one story area consists of wood sheathing on prefabricated light gauge metal roof trusses and wide flange steel girders. The roof of the covered dining area is also constructed of wood sheathing on prefabricated light gauge metal trusses and structural tube steel beams. Eight inch precast hollow core slabs bearing on masonry walls were used for the first floor framing and the floor structure of the two-story portion of the building is constructed of a concrete slab on steel form deck on open web steel joists and wide flange steel girders.

A deep foundation system consisting of H-piles, including large pile supported mat foundations beneath the elevator and stair towers was utilized to support the main structure. The exterior covered dining area is supported on shallow foundations.
