New 30,000 square foot, two-story office building consisting of metal roof deck on open joists and wide flange beams supported on loadbearing site-cast tilt-up concrete wall panels. The floor system consists of a composite concrete floor slab supported by wide flange steel beams and columns. The entire structure is founded on a shallow concrete foundation.
The unusual shape of the building to fit within the property lines necessitated the design of unique tilt-up panel connections at the corners of the building.
